this was my sixth time at this location. i liked the great location near the metro station. the hotel was always clean and safe. i also found the staff very helpful with a great attitude.

i found such nice staff. clean rooms. the metro is close, this. the hotel provided a large, various breakfast which was included. i could buy sweets and souvenirs at the supermarket next door. the beds had drapes so i slept well.
air conditioning work great but it could be better, i like it cold

the hotel sits very near to the metro. this puts the entire city within easy reach. metro insurance station 33 on the red line is only 5 minutes away. the mall of emirates is one metro stop away.

the staff offers quality service and extra information. the front desk is available to assist with any questions. i saw them address early check-in requests. mohammad and his mates were always available and helpful.

my room was super spacious and very clean. i really love that my twin room have two wide beds. the windows were well soundproofed and blocks street noise. everything i needed for my personal hygiene was available.

the staff was very polite and always willing to help. the location is good. breakfast was also very good with both sweet and savory options.
the room was quite old and some furniture was scratched. most of the amenities were not in the room. i had to call reception to get things like slippers and toilet kits.
